We are delig​hted that you are considering enrolling your child at Nundah State School.

Please complete the following documentation for your enrolment to be considered.

Supporting docum​ents for enrolm​ent

​In addition we require:-

• The prospective student’s birth certificate for sighting only (or alternative document such as passport) If not an Australian citizen, provide passport or visa details or other docume​nts as requested by the school. 

• The following documentation is required as Nundah State School has an Enrolment Management Plan

• Rates notice/tenancy agreement;  and

• ​Utilities (electricity/gas) invoice
