Our learning places and spaces
At Nundah State School we have begun the transformation of our classrooms and offices/workrooms into contemporary learning spaces. Some features of contemporary spaces include:

seamless integration of digital tools and devices
flexible furniture
effective storage
space for display of student work
choices in hard/soft seating
wet-dry carpet
soft natural lighting
comfortable temperatures
most importantly, a welcoming, homely, clean feeling that both stimulates learning and relaxes the learner.
We have made a good start, and have plans to expand this further over the coming years.
