Term 3

  • Prep information evening
  • Parent, student, teacher interview

Term 4

  • Out of catchment offers made
  • Prep orientation morning

Our Enrolment register waiting list (Prep) opens on the first day of term 2 each year, for the following academic year. To enroll please download and bring to our office all documents as listed under "Enrolling at our School".

It is important that families in catchment, and with siblings register by the end of term 2 also.

Towards the end of term 2 our enrolment officer will be in contact advising of key dates and timelines.

During term 3 placement offers will be made to catchment families, then siblings. Placement is accepted by receipt of all required paperwork, forms and the Prep student resource scheme contribution.

At this time an interview date/time can also be arranged.

In the middle of term 3 we will hold a Prep information evening to outline the curriculum, provide booklists, and introduce you to key staff. This is a useful evening to attending as it offers a glimpse at what school here at Nundah is all about.

Parent-student-teacher enrolment interviews commence mid term 3. Interviews will be offered to all students currently on the waiting list, however this does not guarantee a placement. Parents are asked to bring a completed Parent Enrolment Interview Form (PDF, 306 KB).

In term 4 out of catchment offers will be made. We will also advise families unlikely to be successful in a placement, and check if they wish to remain on our waiting list into the next year.

Towards the end of term 4 we hold a Prep orientation morning for students and parents, where the students:

  • experience some time in Prep

  • are allocated to classes

  • meet their teacher, if possible and their teacher aide

  • see their classroom and play areas

  • finalise and/or collect Uniform shop orders.
